Picton is a town on the north coast of the South Island, in New Zealand. It’s known as a gateway to the islands and inlets of the Marlborough Sounds.
I went to a wildlife sanctuary
Kaipūpū Sanctuary is only ten minutes by water from Waitohi/Picton. seals, penguins, korimako, tūi, wētā and geckos and awesome views. Rimu, miro, tōtara, ferns and many more varieties of plants. It was a 2 mile plus walk, and on every turn and hill w something interesting. I lear so much on this tour.
